Conclusions: Tooth alteration procedure can be carried out by: proper selection of cutting instruments, strict compliance with the details of the procedures such as sequence of tooth polishing and fluoride application, accurate plan of design, extent of preparation through precise location, reasonable depth and width, attention to path of insertion, and strict adherence with the dimensions of tooth preparation according to width and depth.
