An usual case of lip webbing: A case report

Objectives: To showcase an unusual presentation of lip webbing as a complication of erythema multiforme
Methods: a case report of a 25year old female who presented with clinical features of erythema multiforme major following an exposure to anticonvulsants due to traumatic brain injury
Results: the patient was managed successfully within the maxillofacial unit with no reports of recurrence
Conclusions: In the current literature there are a few cases with a similar presentation reported. We therefore report on this as an uncommon complication of erythema multiforme that had resulted following exposure to anticonvulsants in a trauma patient.
