Method: Students’ evaluations regarding the lecturers, the courses, and general satisfaction were analyzed. All undergraduate students from the clinical years were asked to fill anonymous questionnaires. A system of debriefings for problematic courses has been introduced. The quantitative scores and the qualitative remarks were analyzed by qualitative and methods.
Result: A total of 6,369 questionnaires for 314 courses and teachers were filled during 2011-2012. Higher level of courses', lecturers' scores, and lower percentages of answerers were found among the 4th year as compare to the higher years. The best predictors that were found in this study for higher courses’ scores are the year of the students, while lower year is a predictor to a higher score, higher final grades of the students, and giving feedbacks to the students during the course.
Conclusion: This study found a strong association between evaluation of teaching, students’ satisfaction and course scores. These finding should be studied by a qualitative methods to understand the triangle of high level of teaching, positive feedback from students, and higher grades.
