Satisfaction Survey and Clinical Assessment of Old Complete Denture

Objective:To explore the impact of complete denture service life and patient satisfaction factors. Methods: 79 cases of requests for replacement of old complete denture patients and conducted a questionnaire survey and statistical analysis of clinical examination. Results: The patients with the old denture satisfaction rating in the lowest satisfaction with the ability to chew; denture average time 4.53 years; patients satisfaction with the old denture patients by age, alveolar ridge patterns, the quality of saliva, denture quality objective and the work pressure, patients with personality, such as dentures require subjective effects of a combination of factors; patients with the use of dentures, oral hygiene practices, doctors denture production levels and the existence of a certain production units related to each other. Conclusion: The patients need to replace the old denture satisfaction rating, the lowest satisfaction with chewing function; denture average service life of 4.53 years; should strengthen the management of oral health system to improve the basic units of the production of complete denture the level of attention to patients with complete dentures and oral health education doctor's advice to extend the life of complete denture.
