Case Report: Full Mouth Rehabilitation

Objectives: To restore function, esthetics and biological health of worn dentition
Methods: After taking detailed history and clinical / radiographical examination, following sequential treatment plan was followed.
1. restoring the Occlusal vertical dimention
2. restoration of carious teeth
3. endodontic treatment of severely worn teeth
4. Vital bleaching
5. interim composite direct laminates on anterior teeth
5. Cast post and core on lower anterior teeth
6. PFM Crowns on all lower anterior teeth
7. Porcelain veneers on upper anterior teeth
Results: Function and esthetics of the patient has been achieved.
Occlusal vertical dimension has been increased with composite restorations in posterior teeth. at six month follow up, patient is without any TMJ degenerative changes.

Conclusions: Microabrasion, vital bleaching, composite laminates as interim restoratins and followed by veneers can be possible treatment option in case of flourosis. OVD can be increased by posterior composite restorations and ultimately these restorations can be changed into permanent ones which are onlays.
