Polymorphous low grade adenocarcinoma of lower lip: a case report

Objective: To report a case of PLGA with rare clinical findings

Methods: A comprehensive documentation of the clinical features and histological diagnosis was presented

Results: Polymorphous low grade adenocarcinoma is a rare tumour that affects mainly minor salivary glands. The lower lip is not a common site for its occurrence. The tumour has a low potential for metastasis, although spread to regional lymph nodes has been reported, no associated metastasis has been previously documented.

Conclusion: we report a case of PLGA occurring in the lower lip with suspected lung metastasis.
