Bite marks on human skin are significant for forensic purposes and are used to identify perpetrators of assault or murder. The age of the bite mark is significant for accuracy of the comparison. Objective: The objective of this study was to examine a bite mark comparison technique in three cases of bite marks using a technique of wax bites and digital photography. Method: The method used to compare the bite marks with the teeth of the suspect or victim uses simulated wax bite patterns and digital photographic techniques.Results: The results show that the technique is accurate and can be used to establish a concordant relationship between bite marks and the teeth of the biter.Three bite mark cases will be presented. Conclusion: The simulated bite patterns of the teeth can be compared accurately with the photographs of the bite mark.
