Cellular Evaluation of Healing Cell (Fibroblast) after Laser Radiation

Objective: The state of the Laser science with respect to photoengineering of wound healing and evaluation of healing cells (fibroblast) with assist of low-level laser has become a focus of this research. Laser is based on biostimulation of the tissues with monochromatic light, which stimulate some changes in biological and cellular changes during healing and could have the maximum effect on biological changes and proteins productions which lead to faster cellular metabolism and finally lead to faster healing. Material & Methods: For this study, we need to prepare fibroblasts cells. The cells will radiate by low-level laser (Diode laser, 810 nm, 2juole) to investigate the cellular changes after laser irradiation and to compare with control group, which not radiated by laser. Fibroblast cells: investigate the effect of laser on proliferation of fibroblasts and deposition of proteins, by culturing the fibroblast cells and periodical irradiate them and compare the biological changes with control groups. Both cells will investigate in Histopathology laboratories. Results& conclusion: After analysis of all groups, it shows that the amount of Proteins in all groups increasing and this can lead to increase high metabolism of cells and finally could be one of the main factor for faster healing process Keywords: Fibroblast; Laser; Periodontal treatment
