Objectives: The purpose of this study was to provide a report of single-tooth replacement with Swissplus (Zimmer Dental) implant system . Method: 68 single-tooth implants (30 maxilla, 38 mandibula) were placed in 46 patients (24 females, 22 males; mean age of 39.6 ± 13.5 years) in 30 months. All crowns were cemented on standard abutments. The follow-up time varied between 3 to 30 months. Results: One implant (%1.47) was lost before loading. 6 crowns (%8.8) were recemented due to the loosening. Peri-implant soft tissue conditions including gingival index (grade 0: %73,5, grade 1: %27.5, grade 2 and 3: %0), plaque index (grade 0: %69.1, grade 1: %30.9, grade 2 and 3: %0), pocket depths (2.8 ± 1.6 mm), bone resorption (0.8 ± 0.5 mm) and patients satisfaction from the outcomes of the treatment have been evaluated. Conclusions: With a %98.5 success rate and the positive patient satisfaction the clinical results of Swissplus implant system (Zimmer Dental ®) in single-tooth replacement were satisfactory
