Endodontics in The Era of Minimal Invasive Dentistry

Objectives: The dentist should believe how precious the tooth is
They will be informed with minimal invasive concept, and how to apply.
Methods: Microscopes and the introduction of new rotary files, novel sealers, and techniques, endodontics shifted toward more preserving preparations either in the normal treatments, retreatment, and apical surgery.
Results: Now we became more able to achieve higher success rate and preserving the precious teeth structure and the supporting tissues
Conclusions: With the advancement of technology, equipments, and materials, minimal invasive endodontic approaches evolves and became a must to preserve the tooth and supporting structures.
