Purification and Characterization of polyclonal antibody against prtH from P.g
Objective: To quickly purify polyclonal antibody of protein prtH and detect its specificity in different becteria. Methods: The antiserum was purified with Mab Trap Kit. The specificity of antibody were identified by Western blotting and blocking ELISA separately. Result: The protein prtH polyclonal antibody, which not be purified, reacted not only with P.g but also A.a and P.i. while the purified protein prtH polyclonal antibody react mainly with antigen of P.g. Conclusion: The purified protein prtH polyclonal antibody is much more specific.
