Humanistic Infection to the Students in the Teeth Carving Class

Objectives: Dental anatomy lesson is the first speciality class the dental students have, and teeth carving is the primary practise class in this lesson. As beginners, the students often have fear of difficulty, sense of frustrating and easily lose patience and confidence. To improve the effect of teaching in teeth carving calss, we impart aesthetic and humanistic knowledge to students. Methods: Compare the traditional education with the dental education integrated with humanisti culture.Peaceful and delighted ambience can be built in some of classical music, and will not abstract the students from carving teeth. Results: Both the affective and the cognitive skills gained from incorporating the humanities within a fine medical education environment. The humanities represent valuable ways of analyzing information, viewing the world, and teaching students. Conclusion:Imparting the aesthetic and humanistic knowledge to the students exert a subtle influence on the dental students and remains pivotal in helping to shape his or her future. Arts emphasizes medicine as a profession rather than merely a trade.
