A study increasing successful long porcelain bridges during the production
Objective: To study how to increase the success rate of long porcelain bridge in the circumstances of no laser soldering equipment. Methods: Different methods were adopted in the production of 100 cases of 6 units or longer porcelain bridges. Results: Deformation, cracks, blowhole and backing sand of the castings during the producing procedure was effectively avoided. Conclusions: Right methods could be used to increase the success rate of long porcelain bridge during the producing procedure.
