Objectives: To explore the value of reconstruction and measurement of 3D spirals CT to orthognathic surgery. Methods: to 65 patients, reconstruction and measurement of 3D spirals CT were done. According to the results, individual orthognathic surgery was underwent. Results: through reconstruction and measurement of 3D spirals CT, diagnosis was accurate ; corresponding operative program was established; complication was reduced. Conclusions: reconstruction and measurement of 3D spirals CT has instructive value to orthognathic surgery.
