Effect of Cell Factors on Gene Expression of CSF-1 Receptor
Objective:CSF-1receptor has been implicated as an important factor on tooth eruption.CSF-1 receptor level of dental follicle changed in the course of tooth eruption. The objective is to study different concentrations of CSF-1 and IL-1¦Á effect on CSF-1 gene expression of dental follicle cell.Method:The fourth passage cells in vitro dissected from the first and second mandibular molars of 6-7-day-old rats were detected the CSF-1 receptor mRNA levels by RT-PCT.The experiments were divided into two groups of control and experiment. The concentrations of CSF-1 and IL-1¦Áwere 0ng/ml in control group and their concentrations were 0.4,2,10,50,100ng/ml and 0.4,2,10,50ng/ml in experiment group respectively. Results:The results showed that high concentrations of CSF-1 reduced the gene expression of the CSF receptor and IL-1¦Áhad no effect on CSF-1 receptor mRNA level. Conclusion:The study concluded high concentrations of CSF-1inhibited the gene expression of the CSF receptor mRNA and IL-1¦Áhad no effect .
