Sequence of the VH and VL genes of monoclonal antibody against type ¢ñfimbriae of Actinomyces viscosus
OBJECTIVES:To clone and sequence the VH and VL genes of monoclonal antibody against type ¢ñfimbriae of Actinomyces viscosus.METHODS:After RNA was separated from mAB CM, reverse transcription and polymerize chain reaction were used to clone the V region genes of mAb CM(VH,VL).RESULTS:The most of the molecular masses of VH and VL was 300-400bp. The VH and VL genes were homologous with the published gene sequences of mouse antibody variable region.CONCLUSION:The VH and VL genes of monoclonal antibody against type ¢ñfimbriae of Actinomyces viscosus was successfully cloned and sequenced.
