Various reasons like trauma, external resorption, tooth decay can be cause of missing tooth. This challenging condition can be rehabilate with different options. Fixed partial dentures and implant replacement are common solutions. However, adhesive fixed dental prosthesis or removable dental prosthesis in anterior region can be esthetic, practical and rapid solution.
Methods: Three cases with esthetic problem because of missing central incisor presented to Kocaeli University Department of Prosthodontics.
Case I:
A 31-year-old female had a horizontal fractured in her left upper central incisor because of trauma. Central incisor were examined by radiographically and clinically and tooth extraction, implant replacement and esthetically rehabilitation for healing period of patient with an adhesive fixed dental prosthesis were planned. Patient’s tooth was used for directly adhesive fixed dental prosthesis.
