In the last years, it has been written much about the high demands of literacy that consider our current society. The knowledge explosion, that has taken place in the last century, associated to the development of new technologies, has it consequently, that the labour insertion of a person depends on their capacities to process information, the access to data bases, the reading, understanding, analysis, synthesis and evaluation of the information. To acquire a high level of literacy in the students is necessary to implement situations that promote the different types of knowledge. This implies to articulate global situations, in which the focus goes in the reading or text production. Only this way, it provides the students, the experience to participate in surroundings, in which the reading and writing are significant and simultaneously, provides the cognitive tools to them so that, gradually, they can let go the teacher support. It was tried to evaluate the efficiency of the teachers training and its importance in the relation with the students and the learning of these. A sample of interested teachers (n=20) was selected in becoming qualified or with interest to develop methodologic alternatives that strengthen the conditions of learning. With the purpose of fulfil the objectives, a series of tasks were designed, where participating techniques of elaboration, production, questionnaires and observations were used. It was implemented a part-time modality in two instances: on site and distance learning, both individual as much as in group. We could observed the diversity interpretations with an emotional component loaded of their own experiences. It was favored the stimulation to the change and the opening to new education methodologies. It was considered the importance of the dialogue and the listening to others. These activities favored the creation, the expression and we could felt that we were the creators.
