Positive bleeding on probing in all patients in experimental group.
Candida albicans, as principal organism present in the mucosa swabin the same group. In mucosa Candida was observed in different species, mainly Candida albicans, Candida tropicalis,
Mainly found in periodontal pockets: Prevotella intermedia and Porphyromonas gingivalis.
Calculus Index, Gingival Index and Plaque Index, are high, statistically sinificate difference(p=0.001).
Conclusion:
Antidepressants intake negatively affects periodontal gingival state , because patients are not sufficient to substantiate or refute it, for this reason the evaluation of samples relevant results continues longitudinally for a long time
