Keynote Address: Deciphering the Clinical Relevance of Saliva by Using Proteomics and Interactomics Technologies
Abstract Body: In this presentation, we plan to discuss the importance of post-translational modifications (e.g., phosphorylation) and protein-protein interaction to elucidate the biological function of the salivary proteins and peptides on oral and systemic diseases.
