The height of alveolar bone of jaw average increased bone was(5± 0.89)mm, the alveolar bone of jaw width average increase bone was(5± 0.73)mm. The follow-up time was(3.5±2.1)years , The survival rate was 100%. Conclusions: With the tent bone repairing, increasing of patients horizontal or vertical bone of jaw defect was a predictable and safe technique.
